- We do our best to ensure accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that all content is always up to date or error-free.

2. Outdoor Activity Terms
- All participants must be in good physical condition and able to swim.
- Minimum age and height requirements apply and may vary depending on the activity.
- Safety instructions provided by guides must be followed at all times. Blau Adventures reserves the right to cancel or modify the activity if conditions are unsafe or if participants do not meet the required criteria.
- By booking a tour, participants acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Blau Adventures is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or force majeure events.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
- A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due before the start of the activity.
- The following policies apply to half-day and full-day activities:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made 2–7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the activity or no-shows are non-refundable.
- For multi-day or multi-activity packages, different terms apply:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 7 days before the first scheduled activity, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
- If Blau Adventures cancels due to weather or river conditions, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
4. Equipment Rentals
- Renters are responsible for the gear they use. Damaged or lost items will be charged at market value.
- In case of cracks, dents, or tears, compensation will be assessed based on the extent of the damage.
- Some repaired items may be rented at a discounted rate, as indicated.

5. Liability & Insurance
- Although Blau Adventures has its own insurance coverage, we require all participants to carry personal travel insurance that includes outdoor and adventure activities.
- A liability waiver must be signed before participating in any activity.
6. Privacy
- Personal data is kept confidential and is used only for booking and communication purposes.
- We do not share your data with third parties.
